1. Provider

MyFrenchAddress is a service of ABC Office, Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier, Switzerland (VAT CHE-284.072.845). Contact: info@abc-office.eu, +33 9 70 44 01 21.

2. Service

We provide a postal address in France and handle mail received for the named recipients on your account: reception, envelope scanning, open & scan on request, storage, forwarding and, depending on your plan, parcel reception. The service is not company domiciliation: no company may establish its registered office at our address.

3. Identity verification

The service starts after verification of the account holder’s identity (and, for companies, of the company). You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and inform us of any change.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are monthly, payable in advance by card or SEPA Direct Debit via Stripe, and renew automatically each month. Prices are in euros; no VAT is charged. Postage and published extras are billed in addition.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the EU have 14 days from subscription to withdraw. By asking us to start the service immediately, you accept that, if you withdraw, you pay for the service provided until your withdrawal.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the customer portal or by e-mail; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Remaining mail is forwarded at your cost or returned to sender, as you instruct.

7. Acceptable use

The address may not be used for fraud, to receive prohibited or dangerous goods, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse items and suspend the service in case of misuse.

8. Liability

We handle mail with care. Our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amounts paid in the last 12 months; the liability of postal carriers is governed by their own terms. Use insured or registered services for valuable items.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, unless consumer law allows you to bring proceedings in your own country.
