Questions about this service

Can I use this address as my official place of residence?

No. It is a postal address for receiving mail. It does not replace a proof of residence (justificatif de domicile) where an authority or bank requires one, and it does not change your tax residence.

Who can receive mail at my address?

The account holder, plus additional named recipients depending on your plan (up to 5 on Premium). Mail for unregistered names is returned to the sender.

Can you sign for registered letters (lettres recommandées)?

Yes, once you have given us a postal power of attorney (procuration), which we help you set up during onboarding. Registered items are then signed for, logged and scanned the same day.
