Data we process

Identity and contact details, identity documents, account and order data, records of mail and parcels handled for you (sender, date, scans you request), and payment metadata. Card and bank details are processed by Stripe; we never store them.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the address and mail services (performance of the contract); identity verification and fraud prevention (legitimate interest and legal obligations); invoicing and accounting (legal obligation); answering your questions (legitimate interest).

Your mail

Envelopes are photographed on arrival; contents are opened and scanned only on your instruction. Scans are transmitted over encrypted connections and used for no other purpose.

Retention

Account and contract data: for the duration of the contract, then as required by law (accounting records: 10 years). Scans and mail records: until you delete them or the account is closed, at most 12 months after closure.

Recipients

Our staff in France and Switzerland, our payment provider (Stripe), our e-mail provider (Google Workspace), our hosting provider (Infomaniak, Switzerland — a country recognised by the EU as providing adequate data protection) and postal carriers for forwarding.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing. Write to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
